To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:

• Your device model (for example, iPhone 15 Pro or iPad Air).
• Your iOS or iPadOS version.
• Your Stampy app version.
• What happened, and what you expected to happen.
• A screenshot, if the issue is something you can see on screen.

Best photo tips

Use even lighting, keep the stamp flat and photograph it straight-on. Avoid glare, fill the frame with the stamp, and make sure the whole stamp is sharp and visible against a simple background. Clear design elements, inscriptions, denomination and color all help the app identify the issue.

Value accuracy

Estimated values are informational and based on the identified issue and its condition context. They are not guaranteed sale prices. Actual value depends on authenticity, exact variety, condition and current demand. For rare or high-value items, treat the estimate as a starting point and seek professional appraisal or authentication.

iCloud sync

Your collection syncs through your own iCloud account. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple account on each device, that iCloud is enabled for Stampy in your device settings, and that you have a working connection. Syncing can take a moment to finish.

Managing your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. To manage or cancel, open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Stampy. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Requesting data deletion

You can delete items in the app, and removing the app clears local and iCloud-synced collection data in your Apple account. For other data requests and to understand your rights, see our Privacy Policy or email us.
